Hill Watching - May 9th, 2008 - Sex Crimes on Minors

Both the House and Senate were off on Friday, May 9th. Here are a couple of bills introduced last week that are a bit nutty, though I can't say I disagree with them. He doesn't have any cosponsors, but attempts to address one of the worst crimes there are - sexual attacks on minors.


H.J.RES.82 : Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States allowing castration after conviction for the rape of a child under 16 years of age.
